Line up the speaker mounting holes with the bolts. Slowly slide the speaker down the bolts. If the speaker mounting holes are not in alignment with the bolts, loosen the first nut on each shaft. Check to make sure there is a gap or space between the wood and the speaker (the face of the speaker should not touch the wood).  Secure by adding a lock washer & nut on top of each bolt shaft.

Packing Two Identical Speaker Drivers

Complete all mounting holes. A flat standard washer may be used on top of nuts. Please check to make sure the washer is just slightly bigger than the speaker driver mounting hole.

Insert bolt in empty mounting holes (from bottom of wood), place a lock washer & spin multiple nuts down bolt.

  3. Use the appropriate size drill bit and drill the marked holes in the wood.
